The Verta-Rig is another option for the horse and buggy driver who wishes to use cordless tool batteries to power the carriage lights without having to swap out the control board or the existing lights.

It was formerly known as the CarriagePak, and now, after extensive testing and some modifications we are marketing it as the Verta-Rig, as a product of the EnSync line-up.

The Verta-Rig allows you to easily power your carriage lights with lightweight cordless batteries instead of the standard 12-volt batteries. It features an aluminum heat sink to prevent the circuit from overheating. The circuit board is potted securely into the heat sink to avoid vibration issues. Every part of this unit is designed to be rugged and reliable.

This unit offers the option of using two batteries for longer trips. If you have two batteries connected, it will drain the first battery, then automatically switch over to the second battery; no switch-flipping needed.

A multi-colored LED indicates the battery in use and its voltage level.
