The 16GS-16FLC45 Hydraulic 45° Ell Fitting (1" x 1" CAT Flange) is a Gates® GlobalSpiral™ high-pressure 45° flange elbow coupling built for extremely high-pressure, high-impulse spiral-wire hydraulic hose applications. Its two-piece, no-skive design speeds up assembly by eliminating skiving—reducing labor, odor, fabrication errors, and fluid-system contamination—while delivering broad fitment flexibility through the GlobalSpiral end system. Designed to handle demanding hydraulic environments, GlobalSpiral thread ends are rated for working pressures up to 6,000 psi and are protected with TuffCoat plating for significantly improved corrosion resistance.
