The 12GS-16FLC45 Hydraulic 45° Ell Fitting (3/4" x 1" CAT Flange) is a Gates® GlobalSpiral™ high-pressure 45° flange elbow coupling engineered for extremely high-pressure, high-impulse spiral-wire hydraulic hose applications. Its two-piece, no-skive design allows fast, tailor-made hose assemblies while eliminating skiving to reduce assembly time, labor, odor, fabrication errors, and contamination risk in fluid power systems. GlobalSpiral couplings offer broad application coverage across many configurations and are designed to handle working pressures up to 6,000 psi, while TuffCoat plating provides significantly enhanced corrosion resistance for harsh environments.
