The 16G-16FL90S Gates® GlobalSpiral™ Hydraulic Fitting is a heavy-duty 90° flange coupling designed for extremely high-pressure, high-impulse spiral-wire hydraulic hose applications with working pressures up to 6,000 PSI. Its two-piece, no-skive design enables faster, cleaner hose assemblies by eliminating skiving, reducing labor time, fabrication errors, odors, and contamination of the fluid power system. Built for severe-duty environments, it features TuffCoat™ plated steel, providing over five times the corrosion resistance of SAE ASTM B117 specifications for long service life in demanding hydraulic systems.
