Xtra Seal 4-1/2" x 5" Radial 25 (3 Ply) USA Style C-O-I Repair is black with gray vulcanizing gum on a blue poly backing. Each reinforcing ply is individually end-wrapped to deflect tire flexing stresses in a unique manner. The new tie-gum construction eliminates the potential for delamination common in competitive brands.
