This is a holed orange section that is used underground from the tee as a riser extension. It can be cut at different locations (as marked on section) to adjust the height. HBI-10R0 10″ restrictor is molded into the bottom of this section.

The top of this riser has already been removed and is ready to be connected the to the bottom spigot of an Inlet.
