The PS1500-32 Piston Seal Assembly (2" × .115") is a high-performance hydraulic piston seal designed for reliable sealing in demanding hydraulic cylinder applications. Manufactured from tough 60 Shore D durometer polyurethane, this seal is built for high pressure and long service life. A .002" molded molybdenum band on the outer diameter reduces friction, improving efficiency and minimizing wear during operation. Unlike PTFE seals, the PS1500 design resists cold flow and quickly recovers after installation, making it easy to stretch over the piston while maintaining a secure sealing fit.
