The PS1500-56 Piston Seal Assembly is a high-performance polyurethane piston seal engineered for hydraulic applications requiring durability, reduced friction, and reliable pressure retention. Molded from tough 60 Shore D durometer polyurethane, this seal features a .002" molybdenum band molded into the outside diameter to minimize friction and enhance service life. Designed as a direct interchange for PS1400 PTFE piston seals, it stretches easily over the piston and rapidly recovers without the cold-flow characteristics associated with PTFE materials.
