The Prime Guard SAE 80W-90 Gear Oil (5 Gallon) is a premium GL-5 multi-purpose gear lubricant formulated with sulfur/phosphorous extreme-pressure additives for dependable protection in demanding driveline and gear applications. Blended with highly refined petroleum base stocks and performance additives, it provides excellent anti-wear protection, corrosion and rust inhibition, oxidation/thermal stability, low-temperature flow support, and anti-foaming performance for long service life. Limited slip applications are for top-off only, and it’s recommended for use in passenger cars, light-duty trucks, and sport utility vehicles (always follow the owner’s manual).
