Shapley's Original M-T-G is oil-based and promotes soft, pliable hair for minimum breakage. This product also provides effective relief from a variety of bacterial and fungal skin conditions such as rain rot, girth itch, scratches (mud fever), greasy heel, dandruff and tail rubbing. Shapley's Original M-T-G does not need to be washed out between applications and is great for use in cold weather. If your horse spends a lot of time in direct sunlight, apply this product in early evening since the oils may make your horse sensitive to the sun.
