667X pintle chain has been used in industrial and agricultural applications for decades. The highly effective and high-strength design is accountable for moving various materials from one point to another. Some of the most common 667X chain users are spreaders, conveyors, and even elevators. Our high 667X chain is constructed from high-quality raw carbon steel to American standards for interchangeability with other brands (excluding the KP series). What sets our 667X pintle chain apart from the standard is our use of precision heat-treated components, quad-staked rivets, and open barrel design.
667X Chain Benefits
Quad Staked Rivets - Quad staked rivets double the holding power versus a standard dual-staking design while also improving the shock load capabilities of the chain.
Precision Heat-Treated Components - Our 667X pintle chains are formed with maximum precision, then the individual components go through specific heat-treat processes for maximum strength and fatigue resistance.
Open Barrel Design - The open barrel design prevents debris from gathering between the link bar and pin. Materials gathering in this area of the chain can cause binding and breakage. The 667X pintle chain is supplied in 10ft coils with an assembly pin; we also supply custom lengths of this chain and an array of attachment and sprocket options. Something important to note is that the 667X chain shares the same pitch (center of one pin to the center of the next) of 2.25" as 667XH and 667J sizes; if your markings are corroded or worn off of the chain, please correctly identify your pintle chain before placing an order.
