• The 15501 Dutton-Lainson® DL1800A HD Winch is a heavy-duty, two-speed hand/ratchet winch built for horizontal pulling applications like boat trailers and general pulling where freewheeling is useful for quick line removal. With a 1,800 lb capacity, a reversible ratchet for winding in either direction, and a 9-1/2" offset handle with an ergonomic grip, it’s designed for easier cranking and long service life. Finished in zinc-plated TUFFPLATE® for added rust resistance and made with durable, heat-treated gearing and maintenance-free bearings, it’s Made in the U.S.A. (Not intended for vertical lifting—use a brake or worm gear winch for lifting applications.)
